Seems suspicious, that is a really low price for a 2.3m page. There is no guaranteed safe way to go about a transaction like that but if you're dead set on it you need to ask a lot of questions and try to find any hidden catch there might be.. gl.

Depends on what you're selling, to me Amazon is like a retail store and Ebay is like a garage sale. I know they both have new and used things but I think Ebay is more well known for casual people looking to resell things they no longer use.

You can increase the limits if you call them and they will ask you to fax them your billing information. I went through the process not too long ago, they only accept fax copies no emails allowed :(.
