My experience is, not safe at all. Got both my accounts banned after using masspoller.

Maximum number of invites per user is 50, there is no way around that limit. If you are using low quality numbers/proxies it might be even lower. Most of the accounts will probably be banned afterwards anyway. I have most success with 2 invites per account with a random interval between 3-8 seconds.

Manual services are the way to go.

Just don't pick their Promotion module, otherwise you will get action blocked and then the ban hammer.
