Hey I’m trying to open new accounts but I get banned instantly after the first step. I don’t even put business type or date of birth. They just ban for no reason. I use VPN and clean browser history. What do I do wrong?

Hey recently it’s not possible anymore to open a new account in PayPal. What am I doing wrong? Each account gets banned after 1 minute. I didn’t even put birth or business information. Just Name adress and phone and email. Where can I buy ready to use account? And which VPN are u guys using
