I have added it into my header.php and it works on the home page but not on the other posts. I use leadrocket plugin to create optin pages. Noticed that when I remove the plugin it works trougout the whole site inclusing posts. Anyone knows how to make it work even with the plugin installed? Thanks

IT WORKS, thank you.. I placed the codes just as you told me to and now it works fine. The only thing is I wish I knew how to style the box with my own code so I can make optin forms etc inside the pop up and not only image.
