Nevermind, i just found out that you just have to pick a hosting including a domain and cancel the hosting package, when it comes to the checkout but they still hide the "buy just a domain"-feature haha. Glad to see that at least this option is still possible. Thanks

Thanks for the advice, but iam not facing any issues with the DMCA or ICANN. Most of those site are just run by Namecheap or Godaddy and i cant go with a us-registrar. Thats why i need a asian or south american registrar or something like that
