I usually try to get some rest, but then I always end up working anyway. I do try to see what's new on Netflix too.... which is kinda useless cause I end up rewatching stuff I've seen before.

I think it also depends. Some days when I do that I'd feel fine when I wake up, other days I'd just wake up feeling crappy and lethargic. Pretty sure it's related to whatever stressed you out before you went to sleep.
