Where can I look for people who actually post requests? Like "looking for a graphic designer" or whatever. So that way I can just go find a specific freelancers when I see a post.

Where can I find people who need something done, and then I can just hire a freelancer to do it and I charge the customer more than I pay for the freelancer. Do any of you do this?
