And for the person who says BaCloud suspends your account, they will warn you before a suspension telling you to remove the bad content. They said RMX has never had their hosting suspended for this or any reports received so I guess BaCloud could be a good choice of hosting.

I was looking on Google, and something about RMX on bluehost came up, check the bluehost official website + transferred in list if you don't believe.

RMX has been "transferred in" for hosting at Bluehost, not quite sure what this means for us but I presume they're around/coming back.

I think bacloud only recover your files if you go with them for hosting afterwards (directly) which isnt such a bad thing tbh. Why use RMX as a middleman when you can go straight to their datacentre for same price, I'm gonna get 5GB disk + Unlimited Bandwidth for like $3.37 (Business hosting)...

After speaking to Mantas from the datacentre, he said RMX has an outstanding invoice and hasnt paid them for a month and a half now, I'd provide screenshots of this but I can't post links. He's agreed to try and help me get my files back, and if he does it for me I'll tell you how I did it.

I didn't speak with RMX Direct, I just dig some digging and found out where their hosting was, seems they have a reseller pack from these guys in Lithuania, tried contacting them, not even sure they understand english :( I'm hoping they are, I only sent them an e-mail like 30 mins ago, so...

Why not? people here are paying for a service in which they are not getting.. they have given us no explanations as to what's happening.. We don't know if it's a big DDoS.. or they have simply just run off with our money And yes, they run their site with CloudFlare, I checked the nameservers.
