Have you ever ranked a website in a competitive niche without any backlinks?

Not competitive no. low and mid competition yeah, plenty of times with just content and internal links. the moment I moved up to anything with real money behind it the content only thing stopped dead. had two pages stuck at 15-25 for months that only moved once I put some buffers behind them

What criterias you look for while choosing domain name for your blog in 2026 ?

I check the history before anything else now. Wayback machine and a quick backlink look. Had a "fresh" domain once that turned out to have been a spam site in 2019 and it never got off the ground. After that, short and easy to say out loud. Keyword in the domain I stopped bothering with, it...

What keeps you motivated when traffic improvement is slow?

Honestly what helped me was stopping looking at total traffic every day. Started tracking number of keywords on page 2 and 3 instead. Those move weeks before traffic does, so you can see something working while the graph still looks flat. Also 10 months is not long. My first site did nothing...

Evergreen niches for blogging in 2026 ?

Niche matters less than the sub-niche honestly. "Health" is evergreen and impossible. "Recovery after a specific surgery" is evergreen and completely doable for a small site. What I look for is a topic where people search the same questions year after year but the big sites only cover it in one...

What SEO Strategy Has Surprised You with Great Results Recently?

Yes, it's true. Do-follow and contextual are needed; however, even though we can enable no-follow links inside options and skip no-follow strictly, GSA SER itself suggests not enabling them. I'm having decent results with GSA, so when I blast kitchen sink, I still use them lol. But yes, for...

Digital PR may matter more than Ai Seo tactics 2026?

Newer here but this matches what I'm seeing on small sites. The ones with any link structure behind them show up in AI answers, the ones without just don't, regardless of content. Digital PR is out of budget for me so I'm doing buffers and tiers instead and it seems to feed the same signals

What SEO tactics are really working for you in 2026?

Very new to SEO and I don't know if it's white hat or gray hat, but Money site << Tier 1 like (Reddit subs/Web2.0s) << Tier 2 links like articles/forums with kind of contextual engines and a mix of no follow and do follow works fine.

What's One Black Hat SEO Method That Does not Work Like It Used To?

I am not sure about less effective stuff. But for me parasites / buffer sites like reddit sub page combining with tier 2 link wheels works. I recently started these and what I can say is low / mid competing niche websites work. Not sure what's not working. I have no luck with paid advertising...

What SEO Strategy Has Surprised You with Great Results Recently?

Thanks for reply! Yes! I do blast using GSA SER for last tiers with kitchen sink including comments. So far it works for me. However I still afraid to use indexers directly to first tier instead I use to use indexers on later tiers. (cause I believe those indexing services using junk and I...

What SEO Strategy Has Surprised You with Great Results Recently?

Been working on parasites > two-tier layered link building. Sometimes I push tier 2 with an indexer because I found that indexing the last layer helps get tier 2 indexed, and the top tier, which sends signals to the entire tier.
