Did you rebuild on new IP addresses / VPNs? Or were you able to do this on your existing IP addresses that had permanent bans already?

Do you avoid using IPs where permanent bans happened in the past on those devices/fingerprints? Or does it not really matter as long as you start with a clean device or fingerprint?

Do you think a residential proxy would be better than just asking my ISP to release and renew a new IP address? My concern is that most VPN residential proxies are in shared pools that could already be treated as low quality.
