OP, expired web2.0s should be checked for backlinks, if a decent number of quality backlinks are pointed at them, they are good enough. DA/PA/TF/CF are 3rd party metrics and may not account for every backlinks a web2.0 may have. Some crawlers have very little records of web2.0s.
