I'm confirming this. I'm doing everything manually and there's no limit anymore using the normal app. Apparently the limitation came from the application I was using on my windows phone, so yeah.

Oh, not sure then! For me it's 20/h (which really sucks if you've followed a lot of people). But if you have for example 60/h, try doing 15 in like 5 minutes, 20 15 minutes after then the rest at around half of hour. Or just 30 on the first half then 30 on the second half whenever.

It really depends on the account, so yeah. There are limits for following, and also 20/h limit for unfollowing. Definitely you should space a little bit since it's pretty obvious what you're doing if you mass unfollow straight after getting blocked.

EDIT: Sorry, I'm new here and just noticed this is twitter, lol. Twitter doesn't make a big of deal than Instagram, I usually follow everyone that followed me. But it also depends on how old is your account, so if it's kinda fresh, I recommend not mass-following like 400 accounts in 1-2 hours or...
