I did not pay. In Bing there is an option for US residents to add Paypal as postpay. So I need just to link VCC but don't know which one works

I want to add Paypal to my Bing account as a payment option. I dont want to give them my credit card. I need VCC that can be linked between Bing and Paypal. I have tried Entropay VCC, but Bing rejected it even thought it was accepted by Paypal

Could someone tell me where I can buy a VCC card which can link my Bing account to US Paypal. Entropay is not accepted when trying to link Bing and Paypal Thanks!
