In my honest opinion you are wasting your time building the web 2.0. The link to your website will carry very little value. Of course, if you are going to spend a ton of time working on the web 2.0 you'll get a decent link from it, but it will only be one link, so it's not worth the effort...
A keyword density of 5% is way too much. Anyways, if you are into writing, then why bother with these low paying gigs? There are hundreds of sites that pay anywhere from $50 to a few hundred for an article. Listverse, for an example, pays $100 and Toptenz pays $50.
1k visitors a day is a great milestone to reach, but if you are going to monetize your site with ads, then it's not gonna get you much money. Maybe 5 USD or a little more in a day.
