If you need mobile traffic with low cpc.. try buzzcity, airpush og inmobi. They are all cheaper than admob, and always approve ads in less than 24 hours. Specially airpush are fast. They have 0.01 clicks at non english countries. Translate, use geotargeted ads, and there you go.
