yea I think my iPhone 8+ is permanently flagged. I tried what you said, deleting the app, clearing my advertising ID, using a VPN on and off, using brave browser, bunch of different names, maybe I’ll try my laptop later.... but pretty sure I need a new phone. I appreciate the help though...
