I looked into Ebay but I would personally use Amazon or try looking into similar sites as they usually have affiliate programs such as Etsy which could work better for you depending again on what you are wanting to sell.

Yup works from any traffic just be careful where that traffic is coming from!

Just be sure you give as much information as possible when requesting a logo. Look at other logo examples yourself for "inspiration".

I work alone and would like to work with other people too. I wouldn't say help making other people money because we all kno how that will go ;) Maybe a group of people with different skills to pass on knowledge is what your looking for, kinda like this forum :D
