Is anyone successfully using automation tools anymore? How do people create and keep accounts alive?

It was Valar accounts. They are account from 2014

Accounts were from the same person. proxies were from different. All various niches. Some had similar posts. Some accounts had 0 activity since purchasing.

All my 70 IGs have just been banned in one go - on Jarvee. Some accounts I had been growing slowly (30-40 followings a day). Some I had simply just loaded onto Jarvee. All on separate IP4 proxies . Does anyone have an idea of what has happened/ has this happened to them?
