Using real numbers is the only way to be safe. I have used SMSPVA, but it bans the accounts about half the time. I finally decided to just buy SIM cards.

This is an option for sure. I have heard MP is slower on VPS versus a dedicated server/pc. I would rather invest in my own permanent computer/server, though.
