Absolutely. Just need to find a quality niche that people search for and it can even get recommended to users by Facebook. It's good to have a page to go along with the group, that way it will grow faster.

You mostly have to have a FB page with at least 10k followers, then you just try to publish relevant content and hope that you get picked up by the "Suggested for You" FB algorithm. It's the same thing as YouTube really, sometimes you get recommended, other times you don't.
