Depends what you're looking for. It's clear that most of them haven't taken much time to produce, but they're much better than anything I could make and for the purpose I need them for they're ideal. Certainly not corporate-standard, but good enough for small sites. Of course, it's not...

They're seen as different sites, as they're on different domains. For some reason Blogspot automatically detects your location and sends you to the appropriate .com, .co.uk, .in or whatever. Suffice to say it'll probably mean that links are pointing all over the place.

A few years ago I had several ranking increases a month or two after changing hosts - no idea if they were related although I did think that the new one was faster.

Agree with the fiverr, although you've still got to be careful as a lot of the vector images used aren't always licensed.

If I've understood the question correctly, I guess they could just manually remove the links by asking other sites to take them down. From my experience that's easier said than done though. Why wont they show you the links they have supposedly taken care of?

If I understand you correctly, you now need to look for some tier two links? That is, some pages to link to your tier one pages to pass some juice onto them (and probably help get them indexed, if they haven't already).

I know for a fact that a few of those domains dropped from decent PRs in the last update, but on the other hand I guess he's still got a decent nucleus that still have PR (for those link buyers that place any importance on this metric). By revealing those sites he has severely hurt his business...

You don't necessarily have to gain traffic to them, the idea is that the link juice will be passed between tiers before eventually reaching your money site. Personally I'd stay away from the "heavy spamming" approach and try to keep the tiers as natural as possible. I know a lot of people are...
