Yeah I know, I have done that in the past, but its still really annoying when you want to work and then have to wait for the licence to be activated. Do you know why this keep happening?

Hey. This is the third or so I have to request license activation because the program gives me "the license file is damaged" errors. What's up with that? Edit: I got this error before the server move as well.

Is there anyway to make the %WEBSITE% token pull in randum urls from the websites.txt? Right now if I post with more than one %WEBSITE% token in a post it uses the same url on all of them.

My best tip is to stay away from most programming blogs. Often people dont know what they are talking about and give bad advice. Ppl on forums would get called out if they did that.

Pick a method, start doing it. If you run into trouble, ask. You learn/earn more by doing a mediocre method than reading all day in search for the perfect one.

You can find people on odesk that chage $4/hour and can write 3-4 decent articles per hour. Sure you might need to fix some errors but you get what you pay for.

That depends on niche really. I had one site go from 10% down to 2% then stabilize around 5% and I have no idea why. Another in a different niche has never been over 1%

Fiverr is great for finding ppl to do logos and stuff like that. But I would never bother offering services on a site that cheap.

Honestly, Adsense usually performs the best. Stick with them unless you get banned or something.
