To be clear I'm looking to pay someone 5% over the cost of every ad they set up for me. I expect to be dropping $100 on single campaigns so it's pretty easy money. Only reason I'm doing this is because I can't sign up myself.

Did you try checking from computers that didn't vote?

Python is a fine place to start, as is any language.

They actually do help ranking, just not as much as regular links.
