They have one under Games, called Aeria Games, which is free-to-play online games, where you get paid $2 per e-mail confirmation lead. Or there's Gamefly which has a $15 payout per Free Trial.

I keep looking at the link section and only see html codes for websites. I need to get a url link so I can do a redirect from a domain, they allow this. I've contacted cj.com and got an answer to look at the faq, which I already did and couldn't find the answer. Anyone know how?
