I've been dabbing in real estate for years. Had a few properties. Sold them stupidly. Whatever. My biggest question and concern in real estate is: how to get funding? I was many times this close to a deal only for it to fall through because financing didn't come through.

Funny you mentioned nurse. My wife just shelled out 35 bucks for a Tshirt with a lame saying about nurses. She "just had to have it! Omg! It's sooooooo cuuuuute!...." lol. My point being that apparently some people would pay (a lot) for a cutsie shirt.

So assuming my first listing will have a total of 48 variations - will I have to prepay Teelaunch $600 for the merchandise? (48x12.50=600). Essentially I'm buying merchandise and selling them at profit. Isn't there a big risk? What if I'm stuck with $600 worth of Tshirts/mugs/yoga mats, etc?

Can you please elaborate on this? What's brand registry and how does it substitute UPCs etc? Thanks.
