yes i have better in getting approval of bing ads threshold and invoice account also AND with campaign actually not too much good in campaign

which one card you had used ... I can live if card is good Bing ads acc Live after attaching vcc but it locked after running campaign of 4 to 8 hours . and acc shut down and can spend full around 150$ if campaign have enough searches .

use redirector masked I think it gona work but I try this with whitehat offer not BH
