okay guys, i mailed the hosting company on dmca a couple of hours ago and i decided to check out the site again and to my surprise the whole site has a different content entirely. he literarily transformed it into a porn site. Good for me the problem has been resolved but it is really a big deal...

I'm not sure how this would work but he made sure that my domain name is replaced by his. so if I put a canonical tag back to me my domain name will be replaced by his.
