I personally design all my own sites, and then work with a developer through upwork. But if its a quick job I use the DIVI plugin / template.

Look up video compressor online tool, through google. Quick and easy way to downsize those file sizes.

Right click the video and hit " Copy Video Link". You can also inspect the page and find the Video URL.

I would check out Divi builder for Wordpress. If you know 0 things about development this may be the best choice for you. They have a ton of modules, and templates to start with.

I would check instapages / webflow. But from what it sounds like, I think instapages is your best bet.
