Pin submit advertisers have cracked down tremendously in FR so the amount of campaigns have decreased. I'd recommend not doing anything that could risk your payment or relationship with the network.

From my understanding, each merchant sets up the amount of days a cookie will be counted against the sale. I believe average should be 15-30 days so you should be fine.

What type of campaigns are you trying to push in those countries?

$1k is a decent amount to start with depending on what you promote. Make sure you're constantly optimizing and can identify the pockets that are getting you a good return while pausing the pockets that don't.

What I would do is message your AM and see if they can get a quality check on your traffic. This is what we do for our publishers who are worried about their traffic, which helps us provide a safer environment for them.
