he is a scammer. he did that to me last year. i sent him money to mail for me and he never mailed. i harrassed him to death until he refunded my money. thank god i didn't send him 4k. i would just be sick to my soul over it. i hope the op gets his money back.

Yes he sold me his crap. I didn't ask for a refund because in the past my stuff has been kind of crappy too. KARMA. I am a believer. I just hope he improves on the product and we will all maybe benefit in the end.
