after last Google PR update my site's PR has dropped from PR3 to PR1. I didnt build new backlinks for few months. but I have lots of outbound links with do follow. but all of those links linked to authority sites... do I need to add no follow tag to my outbound links ?? what might be the reason...

I ve few wallpaper blogs with good traffic , I used to monetize them with Adsense, but never got any high bid clicks ... and I tried lots of cpa offers too, but none seems to be converting ... which offers might convert for these low converting wallpaper traffic. anyone got any suggestions ??
