The gmail accounts don't need to be warmed up that's the thing, as long as they're aged you can hit any inbox with them. You just have to change up the email text a bit. If you went with your own domain... it would be very hard to hit gmail, hotmail, etc inboxes as their spam filters are...

You can buy aged gmail accounts and use that to send 100-200 a day. But yeah that seems like an interesting service, email servers are very hard to deal with. It can take a long time to get a good reputation.
