VM is a substitute for a windows/linux/mac user account. But you still need a solution to change ip. Proxies or VPNs VPSs are overkill for ebay in my opinion.

There are prepaid cards in Europe. And completely anonymous. The only problem with the cards I know are the low limits. But of couse you can always have several cards :gossip:
