Centos is linux so if it is a Windows program you don't want to use that, you will have to use a VPS running Windows!

I think it's more how you use the tools, are you leaving footprints? You have to spend more time covering your tracks, can't just use the generate button for account info. Spinning everything you can will help to not leave footprints.

I have comcast at home no way I could get away running scrapebox, they limit to 250 gig a month and threaten to cut you if you go over. I have scrapebox on a VPS so I don't have to worry about bandwidth.
