Pages like 9GAG has huge traffic and there posts are getting liked, commented and shared thousand times more than mine. Could this be because, my Page is in Cannabis niche? The fan following is just 8k so far.

Get more real views to video. When YouTube understands that views are coming from different regions, the 300+ is incremented. No need to delete and re-upload.

As far as I know, you don't need any fans to set up the custom URL. Create a new FB page and you still have option to change the URL.
