It all depends on quality I believe. For the $12, that person could write a kick-a$$ post that needs no changes to it at all. Whereas, you get someone for $5 or less, who knows how many changes you may need to make. I think it'll be best to test it out. Finding good/great writers is difficult...

Did you find some of those writers on here? Because I have a large number of projects and have no time to write content for all of them (even though I enjoy writing content). So I need to get different writers definitely.

Focusing on individual niches would be best because at least you could be seen as an expert in that particular topic like Tech or Health or whatever else. But, if you focus on your on-page SEO, there should be no issues operating a multi-niche blog. But, are those sites that are newer than yours...

Yes, adsense is good. It's all about having MORE than a decent amount of traffic to see results. On a niche site I operate, Adsense is what I use and it's been nothing but great for me
