Heh, cant PM until i have 15 posts. Is username password required on your proxies or can i just have ip port? Ok so, i ordered at 820pm EST and its now almost midnight, is 4 + hours a common thing for people to wait on services?

Ok so I've read the marketplace forums and even tried finding and using my own proxies using software like proxy multiply. I however have had mixed results at best, I am in need of very specific setup and I'm hoping someone may be able to point me to a place where i can get a good price as well...
