I like the idea but nearly every browser offers a private mode where cookies does not get stored in the browser. This means everybody who is watching a video in private mode is a "fake viewer". I think that a percentage of views without a google tracking cookie get recognized but not every view.

No problem. Never forget...the safest way is to route all your traffic through a proxy and not only http. Sandboxie and Proxifier should be fine and I never had any problems with this combo.

No, sandboxie does not support proxies. You need a third-party program for that. Proxifier maybe^^ An IP is clean when it is not blacklisted. Its like e-mail adresses. When they are on a blacklist they will be declared as spam.

Buy some private proxies and check each of them on ip-score or so. If clean, use it. Also take a look at sandboxie. Profiles can save life...or accounts ;)

When you have an amount of private proxies equal youre PVA youtube accounts then you should have no problems.
