if you have ressource problems you should switch to a dedicated server or virtual dedicated server (VDS) instead of VPS. VPS: you share the ressources -> if someone uses in some way the CPU more then it will influence your system VDS: the ressources are dedicated only for you -> it won't...

how about germany? germany is a social state and once you get in you have many benefits. even thought citizenship should be a bit difficult to obtain...

paypal was created by ebay back in the days. it should have made the transactions between sellers and buyers safer because if you wire transfer the money you could've received a teddy bear instead of your 600USD iphone. so it's logical that amazon will never implement as payment method "paypal"...
