This week, I prepared a lot for a bid proposal for a government project including intro, profile, project execution plan and pricing. Besides, I met some prospects, one of them allowed us to join a blockchain project. Interviewing some nice guys and taking notes. Will try to schedule meet up...

Not as good as thought. Longer negotiatation without much results. Asking much for legal helps for a final contract. Tried with other prospects but not getting any good responses. Next week I will promote more on Linkedin

Mostly web development, maintaince and software upgrade. Besides, we are focusing on finance domain as we have experience building some products previously. Hopefully we could connect to some decision makers soon!

Attended so many meet up this week and got multiple contacts. Also rent a small office to operate and got many good advices from a brother after directly took a coffee with him. Will need to focus on profile building and networking with decision-maker even more.

Find a small company out there with the domain you like. Pour money in with predicted target. Wait for money comes

This week, I have got LLC, company nameplate, company seal. Just ready to serve big buck clients :) Also I have just talked directly to him. We are carefully investigating the requiements and start making contract. Need to reach out to more clients also

Not much results for this week. I'm following up with 1 customer. He's asking us to maintain his service and he will share profit. Asking him back for finacial reports, process and details. Need to try harder

Hopefully I would not end it too soon :D Will receive LLC in a few days. 2 founders and 5 devs. Busy these days with office rents, tax, accounting and finding clients. I will update results weekly right here. Would love to hear your experience along!
