It seems Google broke the JS on their own preferences page Go to https://www.google.com/preferences And hit ctrl + shift + i To see the error, and see how you cannot set any settings on that page Makes me feel better that its not just me who makes silly mistakes in JS

If anybody is having an issue uploading the app.zip file like I was try opening an incognito window and uploading again as that fixed it for me. Google themselves say that this issue occurs sometimes due to being logged into multiple G accounts at the same time. Source...
