they have 2 ways..first for the professional account, they will charge you $39 + FBA fees ...and other is for each order they will charge you I think $1+FBA fees ...if you plan to sell more than 40 units per month you should go for the Professional account.

will you be sending products also?..this $10 is on top of the product, which you will send?

why don't you do it yourself...this will help you to optimize organically and will not be against TOS of Amazon. There are tools you can take help and optimize your keywords and listing quality.
