I think it was because of a compability issue I should have set it to windows XP but not my fault I need to solve this as it won't load anymore saying activated too many times

I bought this a week ago and software kept collapsing and said something about my key So I had to reinstall the software each time in order to run and load the software and now it won't load saying activated to many times please reply soon
