If you run an online adult store many of those links will be relevant and source of traffic. You may be penalized for links on adult websites if your product or page as nothing in common or context but it sounds like your competitors are in context still.

I used to use sum all back before they realized how valuable they were and started charging. Not sure what their rates are now but they had a great service.
