I was reading some topic that you should recreate old content, then recreate same urls on your MS, and then move it.... So basically re-create site with same content and after a while redirect url - url instead of just 301 from name registrar to a MS :)

What ad networks would you use ? I know of course about Google/Facebook/Youtube/etc. I did years ago had some results with ad.fly, but not sure if that is still a thing... Anything that is sending humans at good price ?
