Captcha breaker is worth it, I agree, but sharing of licenses is inviting all sorts of problems. Get someone reliable with ample resources to run your list and give you the verified/submitted/failed lists. Or better still, wait a little longer till you have captcha breaker.

Build all sorts of links to your tier 2, contextuals as well as non contextual ones and do them at a steady pace.
