This just happened to me as well. Everytime i respond in my account, it sends me to a page to send fb a response. i then get a standard reply from fb. I haven't found a good way to actually get a human response. so frustrating...

i did a quick google search of it. It has no more than 2 stars anywhere. I would definitely stay away if you value your account.

I lilke this. Sometimes the simplest things get overlooked. I have so many fb pages i never utilized this on. Thanks
