It's pretty easy to fingerprint your browser / whatever script you're using to create the clicks. Google can definitely tell unless you're taking this into account. Maybe 3rd party ad networks not so much.

We use cloudflare for a lot of our PBNs, never really had any issues. Millions of sites are hosted on cloudflare these days, it's a good way to hide. That being said, diversifying to other sources that are also large hosts (think Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure) is probably not a bad...
