Is there a full guide to these methods? Even my aged account from early 2006 will have comments not appearing at the top even after 10 minutes. How long do you have to wait before upvoting them? Also, before I used to use another account to reply under the comment to make the comment appear...

Seems like even if you use your own accounts, you still won't get in the top comments even with lots of likes. There are still other ways to upvote them but it won't make any difference.

You say you offer YouTube Comment Upvotes but I don't see it anywhere.

The upvote thing used to be great. Did the YT update kill it? I stopped using it back in March / April and I now wanted to get back into it only to realise it's not offering the same as before. Wish there were more panels like these. Hopefully in the future things might change.
