Followliker is one I use myself and can't fault it. I have also recommended it to others who have used it and have no problems with it.

It's always wise to do a test with a dummy account to get more accurate numbers rather than using your own and possibly getting penalised.

May be repinning images for now is the best way to go at least then the people who originally pinned the image will get credit. It will work well and give you exposure until you are able to provide images yourself if that is what you are looking to do.
